A very warm welcome from the staff. Everything was well organized, the waiters were polite and friendly, and the menu was excellent - paella was my favorite! The flamenco was moving and truly incredible. Seats were very close to the artists. Definitely an experience I won't forget!

THE ORIGIN OF FLAMENCO SHOW

Meaning of ‘Tablao’
A 'tablao' is a place where flamenco shows are performed. The term comes from the wooden platform, or 'tablas', on which the dancers perform, which is essential for the characteristic sound of their footwork. Tablaos became popular in the mid-20th century as venues dedicated to showcasing flamenco, replacing the earlier, more informal settings like cafes and restaurants.
